Booking & Advance
- A minimum advance payment of up to 50% is required to confirm any artist booking.
- Bookings are only considered confirmed upon receipt of advance and written confirmation from WNA.
- The remaining balance must be cleared at least 1 day before the event or on the event day, as mutually agreed.
Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule your event up to 7 days prior to the event date at no extra cost, subject to artist availability.
- If the originally booked artist is unavailable on the new date, WNA will share alternate options. The final cost may change depending on the new artist selected.
- Rescheduling within 7 days of the event may incur a 10% rescheduling fee due to last-minute logistics and planning adjustments.
- All rescheduling requests must be made via email or phone and are only valid once confirmed by our team.
Artist Availability
- Bookings are subject to artist availability at the time of final confirmation.
- In case the selected artist becomes unavailable, WNA will offer a suitable replacement from our roster.
- A full refund of the advance will be provided if no replacement is accepted or possible.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness for both clients and artists, the following cancellation policy applies:
- 15 days or more before the event: Full refund of the advance.
- 7 to 14 days before the event: 90% refund (10% retained as a service fee).
- 3 to 6 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days before the event: No refund.
Please note:
- Any non-refundable costs already incurred (e.g., travel, accommodation, equipment rentals) will be deducted from the refund, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
- All cancellations must be communicated via phone or email and are confirmed only once acknowledged by the WNA team in writing.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to Provide Artist
- In extremely rare situations where no artist from the selected category is able to perform due to natural disasters, medical emergencies, or similar circumstances, WNA will either:
- Provide a full refund of the advance.
- Support you in finding a last-minute alternative wherever possible.
Travel & Food Arrangements
- Travel and food must be arranged by the client for artists performing outside their city.
- If the client is unable to provide this, WNA will include travel, accommodation, or food charges in the final artist fee. This must be pre-discussed and agreed upon in writing before confirmation.
- In certain cases, the artist may prefer to arrange their own travel. In such situations, the cost will be added to the final booking amount.
- Local conveyance or venue transfers are also to be arranged or reimbursed.
Other Artist Guidelines
- Clients are expected to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all performing artists.
- Artists will perform only the services agreed upon during booking. Any additional requirements may attract extra charges.
- Time overruns beyond agreed hours will incur extra charges, subject to artist availability and consent.
- Any filming, broadcasting, or commercial usage of the artist's performance must be discussed and approved in advance.
Force Majeure
-
WNA shall not be held responsible for cancellations or performance issues caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, accidents, illness, or other unforeseen events.
Client Responsibilities
-
Clients must ensure proper event permissions, venue access, and necessary technical and hospitality arrangements are available for the artist to perform as agreed.
